The room was well-maintained and clean. However, the lighting could be better. It was good that there was an option for an extra bed if needed. 🛏️ the property was located right in the middle of everything in town.

everything was good, little hotel, the location was marvellous close enough to the tourist spots like rizal park, fort santiago, as well as park in the nearest pay parking in the area. had a really nice stay in our good sized room with extra bed and loft style and a/c.
Views were unpleasant.

Close to the mall.
Internet was very slow or wasn't working in the hotel room as they had advertised.

Room is clean, good size, big flat screen TV with very good TV signal, beds are comfy with clean beddings/sheets.
limited car parking, good for only 5 cars at a time. walking to the nearest mall is crowded with plenty of street vendors. The continental breakfast (fresh fruit) are horrible, most of the time they are not fresh (in can) and either over riped or under.
